Behind the Lens
I live in Northern Virginia only a short drive from Washington D.C. I love to travel and experience all I can with my family and my camera. I like to call myself a life-ographer because I love to capture families lives as they grow and change.
I love to photograph newborns, babies, toddlers, children, big kids, tweens, teens, seniors, couples, engagements, maternity, family, and generations.
I am also available for events such as baptisms, parties, births, corporate parties, Christmas parties, Military Balls, birthday parties and more. At this time I am only available as a second shooter for weddings.
I also love to have themed mini shoots for holidays such as Valentines Day, Easter, Fall, Christmas and much more.
I also do commercial photography including Real Estate, and product shots.
I am a member of Professional Photographers of America. I have a business license in Fairfax County Virginia and I am fully insured.
A little more about me…
As many of you may know I am married to a Navy man and with that comes PCS orders (permanent change of station) every few years. We moved back to America from Naples, Italy in the Summer of 2012. Hopefully settling in Greater Washington D.C (NOVA) area for awhile. I am a Mom of 4 amazing children! My kids totally renewed my passion for photography after setting it aside to pursue a career in computers for a few years.
After living in Italy for a total of 5 years (non-consecutively) I have developed a deep passion for travel, wine, cheese, and chocolate. I love “rustic” buildings, remaking old things into new things, and props, I LOVE props! Photography has always been an important part of my life whether I am documenting family events, or taking photos of amazing places. My family now affectionally calls me “Paparazzi” due to my shutterbug habits.
